Microsoft Office 2010 Professional

The Microsoft Office product suite is the market leader for a reason. It does everything you need, and usually more. It's a very robust, full-featured product suite. I much prefer the 2010 user interface to the 2007 version. When 2007 was introduced, it took a lot of getting used to. 2010 brings more changes, but they are more intuitive. If I don't see a feature immediately, it's usually in the first place I look. Many parts of the UI are customizable for power users, but I haven't taken advantage of that.
